Why do we not have a phone number?Well for the very simple reason that we like to keep a written track of all communication so that we can maintain accountability & records, which help us to improve and serve our customers better.
How long does it take to respond to emails and queries?Well we are not in business of instant food or gratification. We respond to all queries personally and do not use chat bots or automated communication, except for one or two greeting messages. As all our product pages say that we have 7 to 14 days of processing time, so we not feel any need for urgent or immediate replies as well.
The responses can be slightly more delayed around weekends or holidays, however we ensure that we respond to all customer messages as soon as we can.
