Dry mango pickle made of original Ramkela mangoes.

Description

The very mention of achaar triggers a physical response โ€” lips puckering at the recall of brine and teeth teetering on tanginess โ€” but also a plethora of memories: of courtyards filled with a gaggle of women, exchanging gossip and news over heaps of raw mangoes, lemons, pickling vegetables, chillies, of running across the terrace as a child and slyly picking up a pale yellow slice, left out to dry. Pickles can liven up a meal of hot rice, steaming paranthas or just plain bread.. And if it is homemade with love without preservatives, even better!
Presenting before you the epic Dry Mango Pickle…

subah shaam subah shaam subah shaam….this is our consumption pattern for this lip-smacking, favourful achaar since it has arrived. reminds me of train journeys, aam ka achaar and parantha. and its honestly oil-free, like the jar is poora-packed with achaar and no other nonsense. total value for money.
