The shrunken mangoes are then mixed with a good dose of some best quality jaggery along with roasted spices such as red chilli, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin powder, and mustard oil to bring back their lusciousness with an added punch of flavours. This heavenly mix is then sundried for over a week to bring out the best flavour and taste.
