We are making pickle of Organic garlic sourced from Himalayas. This Hardneck (Read More) Garlic is different from ones grown in other regions as these use spring or mountain water before its contaminated in plains and are grown in super clean and fresh air.
There is no urea, chemical or pesticides used in growth of these.
This garlic is different from usual ‘white’ garlic and is generally known to be the best kind of garlic with amazing medicinal properties. In taste this Hardneck or red garlic is full of flavor, however lacks the bitterness of common garlic.
First look of the pickle! The Garlic cloves are fatter than usual ones. These are air dried and then mixed with spices to naturally pickle for 45 days.
Garlic, Saunf, Methi, Red chilli powder, Azwaien, Rai, Haldi, Salt, Mustard oil, Jeera, Vinegar.
Store in a cool and dry place.
