One of our most demanded pickles – made from carrots, turnips and cauliflower grown in Shivalik ranges of Himalayas, away from pollution, dirt of cities, without using any chemicals, fertilizers.
The pickling process also happens in foothills of Himalayas using the herbs, spices and oil sourced from local region – again grown without chemicals and fertilizers to give this pickle a pure and amazing taste.
There is no added sugar of sweetener in the Himalayan version. It gets sour from natural fermentation of ‘Rai’ and the sweetness is also derived from vegetables only 🙂
