Description

Now available in Khatta Meetha or Sweet & Sour version. The pickle is subtly sweetened with Gud or Jaggery in the traditional way.

The pickle is on the sweeter side compared to the our regular HImalayan Gajar Gobhi Shalgam Pickle, however its not really ‘Sweet’ as gud or jaggery itself is a very natural and mild sweetener.

One of our most demanded pickles made from carrots, turnips and cauliflower grown in Shivalik ranges of Himalayas, away from pollution, dirt of cities, without using any chemicals, fertilizers.

The pickling process also happens in foothills of Himalayas using the herbs, spices and oil sourced from local region – again grown without chemicals and fertilizers to give this pickle a pure and amazing taste.

No added Vinegar or lime juice.

How to store : Store it in a cool and dry place, this can be stored at room temperature.

Note : When you get the pickle, it might be slightly underdone, as we ship out absolutely fresh batches. Kindly give it some time in sun and let it mature as per your taste buds.

Weight : 400 gms

Delivery NOTE : As we deal in fresh produce and products, we have 7 to 14 days of processing time on all our products. As this pickle is in higher demand than usual, kindly give us 10-20 days till you receive your jar.

It might take longer depending on your PinCode and what part of India you are in. However please be patient as the pickle itself is absolutely fresh and amazing.

I know the pickle says sweet, but I found this a tad too sweet for my lacking. Could definitely use a bit more salt and spices.
