Full of nutritious and flavors, this Gajar Mongre ki Kanji is made by fermenting seasonal vegetables like carrots and radish pods in water, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, hing, and mustard powder for 4-5 days to help develop healthy probiotics. The drink gets fermented with naturally occurring bacteria in the air and yeast found in the vegetable skin and aids indigestion.
