Monsoon and pakodas go hand in hand, but often, instead of enjoying the rains in your balcony sitting with a book and chai, you find yourself in the kitchen trying to perfect the spiciness and crispness for the pakodas which will satiate your monsoon cravings. Now, just relax, and get the perfect batter full of spices and herbs ready within seconds. Just add water to this mix and fry your favourite pakodas.


Gram flour, rice flower, fenugreek leaves, salt, red chilli powder, ajwain and coriander seeds.


Just water water to the mix to get your desired consistency of the batter. Add more salt and red chilli powder if necessary.
