Description

A duet of Green Chillies along with whole lemons make it a classic from Tekriwal family.

Made using the classic pure vegetarian baniya approach, this pickle is made at home by Tekriwal’s using ingredients considered to be pure and sattvik. This is not the hottest pickle you can buy, however its loaded with flavor. Downing 2-3 chilly slices with a a roti or parantha is common practice in Rajasthani households 🙂

Lemon, Green chilli, Kalaoungi, Fenugreek, Heeng, Rai, Salt, Red chilli powder

Storage:

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always use a clean & dry spoon to scoop out the pickle.

I tasted it, the pickle is great. I would like to appreciate the way the pickle was packed. mind blowing packing. Checkout the image, thats how secure the packing was. First layer - tape on the box with polythene Second layer - Cardboard box. packed tight third layer - bubble wrap four layer - thin food wrapping sheet fifth layer - obv the container, a good one. I have just licked the pickle, liked it. But this review is mostly for those who might have gone through the FB comments on the way pickles are packed. They might have received it that way. But this is a latest update - (22-Oct-2018 - 2329hrs). adequate oil. it's not too much at all. Great job Tekriwal Family.. Kudos
