I was in primary school…and was extremely fussy about my tiffin. When I was young, bread (as in the commercial industrial one) was not welcome in our house as my Dadi was particular to not let us eat much outside food. So for school tiffin we were always packed with Paranthas, either plain or aloo or gobi ones. I did not like spicy pickles so she used to make this special Gujrati/Rajasthani sweet & tangy Mango Chundoo chutney/relish to accompany my tiffin.
Color – The actual color of product would be much lighter and mango-ish compared to the pictures here.
This is such a rich yummy chundoo flavored by saffron, cardamom, fennel, spices, and cucumber seeds to balance the right crunch & nutritional value. Every year when the right mango season would arrive, there she would instruct & assist MaharajJi (our home cook from Rajasthan) to make this amazing Mango Chundoo Chutney to last us all through the year and would be a part of all my school tiffins the entire year.
Trust me I would get to relish this only 30 percent times as my friends and classmates would steal it all up every day because they would not want to miss this 😀

Was not as per expectation. It was not appealing in looks also, very light in colour not as per picture. The regular market brands are much better. It was very expensive from your website but still ordered as my husband liked your mixed pickle but was disappointed
