Masala Gur from my kitchen is another leaf from my childhood memories, essentially from this time of the year when winters are about to bid adios and the summers are waving hi! So this is the time when our body is experiencing the transition and getting acclimatized to the temperature change, my Dadi would make sure everyone at home would intake her homemade Masala Gur as a part of their everyday dietary regime. This recipe from our home kitchen is enriched with pure Gir cow ghee with grated coconut, white sesame, pounded peppercorns, saunf, and flak seeds. This is a great nutritious yet yummy delight. Tastes super good with whatever you eat.
