Made with a blend of healthy chickpea flour (besan) and whole wheat flour, masala monk brings to your plate Missi Roti Atta Mix. Missi Roti is a traditional bread of Rajasthan which is now made regularly in most of the northern parts of India. The method of preparation of these flatbreads varies in different parts of the country but the basic ingredients remain the same.
Direction to use:
Take this atta in a bowl, add finely chopped onions and green chilies, add lukewarm water to knead the dough as you would for roti. Make just like roti or paratha on tawa or for best results make it in a tandoor (clay oven). Add a generous dollop of ghee or butter for the best results.
Gram flour, whole wheat flour, black salt, rock salt, dried fenugreek leaves, coriander seeds, cumin, red chilies, turmeric.
Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
