Back when we were kids, mom used to make everything from scratch for Diwali gifting. Be it namkeens, sweets and her famous Nan Khatais which were a major crowd pleaser’s with everyone in our relatives and neighbourhood. People used to start asking her when is she going to start making Nan Khatai’s as she used to only bake them during Diwali time in her small aluminium oven. Every time she puts in a batch, the entire house used to linger with the aroma of fresh cardamom, ghee that somehow smelled warm, like you are inhaling a blanket on a cold winter day.

One thing she taught me before marriage is to carry forward the traditions in best possible ways and thus, she happily shared her secret of baking these beauties which is using the ‘Highest Quality Ingredients’ with 0 compromise 🙂 Making that promise, I have ensure everything that goes into these beauties is certified Organic and of highest quality be it desi cow ghee to the use of gram flour, brown sugar, pistachios etc.

Each of the cookie is hand baked from scratch in a batch of 250 grams only to ensure the constant taste and uniformity.

These are rightly sweetened and are not heavy or sugary unlike what you get commercially, therefore, making it easy for you to Not Stop at One 😉
