Presenting Kesar Pista Thandai Mix, a recipe that used the finest quality Saffron & Pistachio from Iran and is handcrafted in small badges to give you the best experience possible.

The English name pistachio is derived from “Pisteh”, which is a Persian name. Also known as the green almond. pistachio nuts are intertwined with Iranian culture and are actually present in all facets of Iranian life.
There is no doubt that  Iranian pistachio has the best taste and maximum nutrition.  The special climate of Kerman province is the only best place for growing pistachios.

Iranian saffron is the same as Persian saffron. The highest quality Iranian saffron is known as Sargol saffron. Sargol literally translates as “top of the flower”. Iranian saffron is made up of the red stigmas which have been professionally cut and separated from the style prior to drying. Stigmas cut this way don’t trap the moisture inside.

Since they hail from the Colourful Rich Rajasthan, you will experience the same ethos in every sip that you take. Vivid colors of saffron, rose petals, pistachios, melon seeds and the richness of almonds and cashews & Khus Khus (poppy seeds) sparked by the flavors n spiciness of pepper, flannel, cardamom.

This product comes with added sugar, we grind our own Rock Sugar for this mix. Though we keep the sweet level on the lower side as you can add your own sugar or sweetener to the same later.

Ingredients:

Pista, rock sugar, Khas khas, musk melon seeds, watermelon seeds, pepper corns, fennel, cardamom, saffron

Directions of Use:

Add one scoop (included) or around 7-8 gms of Masala Monk Thandai Power mix in 200 ml milk. Increase or decrease the amount as per flavor preference.

It is a perfect combination of nuts and spices, and hence can be used in a variety of different desserts or drinks like cheesecakes, phirnis or even in a Thandai smoothie.
