Sooji Chilla instant mix by Masala Monk has the right ingredient mixed with sooji, so that you can just add water and fry it on a pan. Relish it with your favourite dip or chutney.

How to Prepare:
- Take approximate 25 gms of the Ready Mix in a bowl
- Add water, mix well with the help of a ladle and get to a flowing consistency batter
- Put some oil/ghee onto a tawa or a non-stick pan and spread the batter gently
- Allow to cook on medium to high flame
- Now flip the chilla and cook both sides
- Finally the chilla is ready to be served with green chutney
