A very classic and popular breakfast which one would find in the by lanes of old Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, is now even easier to make it at home with the ready to use a mix which you just need to add some lukewarm water and knead it and rest it for 20-30 minutes.
This bhatura mix is made with all-purpose flour which I get ground freshly at our local flour mill. Small amounts of semolina and sugar are added to get that perfect bhatura texture and caramelization while frying. This mix is made in very small batches to yield the best quality mix every single time.
Missi Roti Atta Mix
No meal is complete without Roti in the northern part of India. As India is enriched with lots of grains and millets, different varieties of roti are made from them in different parts of the country.
Made with a blend of healthy chickpea flour (besan) and whole wheat flour, Masala monk brings to your plate Missi Roti Atta Mix. Missi Roti is a traditional bread of Rajasthan which is now made regularly in most of the northern parts of India. The method of preparation of these flatbreads varies in different parts of the country but the basic ingredients remain the same.
Note: Note: Salt is already added, add more after tasting if required. This pack will yield about 12-15 rotis/parathas depending on the thickness of the rotis/parathas.

Bedmi Poori Mix: Urad daal, whole wheat flour, black salt, rock salt, fennel seeds, black pepper, coriander, Kashmiri red chilies, cumin, asafoetida / Heeng.
Bhatura Mix: All-purpose flour (maida), semolina, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Missi Roti Atta Mix: Gram flour, whole wheat flour, black salt, rock salt, dried fenugreek leaves, coriander seeds, cumin, red chilies, turmeric.
Instant Pakoda Batter: Gram flour, rice flower, fenugreek leaves, salt, red chilli powder, ajwain and coriander seeds.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Best until 6 months from the manufacturing date.
