Description

If there is one dish that truly captures the essence of the famous (or infamous, if u may) “Dilli se hoon…”, it has to be our very own Tandoori Chicken, Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Chaap, and even Tandoori Momos. Many of these iconic exports from our kitchens, would not even exist without this humble (oh, who am I kidding; it’s as grand as it gets) spice mix. This is my personal favorite as it’s reminiscent of the times I was away from home, missing my family and friends chatter over a plate of tandoori grills, especially during winters.

I think this spice mix is a must-have in one’s pantry. Not to mention, the versatility of this mix: with some creativity, you could whip out many dishes like tandoori mayo, or mix it in yogurt to make a nice dip, or just fry rice with a dash of this for the umami flavors that make you go ‘…Ummm’. Of course, the regular use would be to add this spice mix into hung curd and make a marinade for tandoori chicken or chicken tikka, fish tikka, tandoori chaap, momos, and what not!

As with all my products, all the ingredients that go into this jar have been handpicked by me; slow-roasted on low flame, and prepared in little batches to ensure freshness in each and every jar.

Directions to use:

Add this masala to hung curd with ginger, green chilies, mustard oil, and make a tandoori marinade for your tandoori chicken, paneer tikka, soya chaap, or tandoori vegetables. Add to your regular gravies to give it a flavor spunk.
Note: Salt is already added, taste and then add more if needed
